Chernobyl Dog – Lino cut

I saw this dog while driving through the 10km exclusion zone surrounding Chernobyl and Pripyat, reminded me of the black dog from Tarkovskys’ ‘Stalker’ that appears alongside him inside the zone. Anyway I’m trying out a small Lino cut, and hand printing with oil based inks. I might use it as part of a larger work, we’ll see.
